The role of this committee is to represent your rights and speak on your behalf. They listen to your concerns, provide you information as you need, represent you, and support you in your efforts.
This committee representative reports to the Governing Council. If you would like to lodge a complaint, please contact the Complaints Commissioner, Mr. Donald Sideleau at 514-695-4525, or email him at donald_sidleau@me.com.
If you would like to participate there are several ways in which you can do so:
- Share your thoughts and opinions with one of the members who report to the Committee
- Become a member of the Committee yourself
- Share your knowledge about the Committee with your peers and encourage them to share their opinions as well
If you would like to become a member of the Committee simply submit an application to one of the Board members listed on the information board. Elections are held every year.
The Committee meets once a month at the Chateau and the minutes are posted for all to read. The date and time of the meeting can be obtained any time, all you need to do is ask.
